Warranty & claims
We offer a 1-year warranty on our machines. Tanrevel® covers the cost of complaints if the defect is considered a manufacturing fault. Any defects in a product must be reported as soon as possible, or as soon as the defect should have been discovered, within a reasonable period (2 months).

If you notice a defect in your product, you need to contact us via our contact form, which you will find next to the chat. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with complaints in the chat. Contact us with your order number, a description, and a video of the issue. Warranty and the right to complain are only valid with proof of purchase, such as an order number.
For Tanrevel® to be responsible for a faulty product, the defect must be original, meaning it was present at the time of purchase or delivery, typically as a manufacturing defect. Defects discovered within 6 months are generally considered original defects, and Tanrevel® will address them at no additional cost to you. Defects that are not considered original defects and therefore are not covered by our policy for actions within 6 months include defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects that can occur with regular use or external influences, and general deterioration. Examples of wear and tear and product defects include a worn-out cord or rust. Tanrevel® is not responsible for defects caused by improper use, for example, if defects arise because our cleaning and maintenance instructions have not been followed.
This applies on the condition that you contact us and report the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it, with a reasonable time typically considered to be 2 months from discovering the defect.
We reserve the right, in the first instance, to remedy the defect, in the second instance, to replace the product, and as a last resort, to offer a refund.
